Hand-made in small batches, our Sourdough Potato Bread is anything but basic. Our bread is made from a starter that is over 100 years old... and is fed with potatoes! The potato results in a very soft dough with a slightly sweet taste, adding another dimension to typical sourdough bread. We have found it to be a big hit with even the littlest of bread lovers!
