12 Week Fall Course - Thursdays

This fall we have some serious fun planned! All classes are 90 minutes and include a local and/or organic snack prepared in class by the kids. Our classes are designed and taught by a certified and experienced Texas teacher and incorporate STEM and Literature in hands-on, real-life applications. All classes include movement, story time and class materials. Please bring a reusable water bottle. Please dress your children in clothing that they can move around in comfortably so they can participate in all motor and outdoor activities without worry. Every child will get dirty in the studio or garden from time to time. Please expect it and dress your child so that it won’t matter to you. In addition to all activites listed above, we will be spending time working in the garden each class and get to watch a fall garden grow all the way from seeds to vegetables. We will use those vegetables in some of our farm-to-table lunches (additional $15 per class) so your Little Homesteader gets the full farm-to-table experience. We will also be wood burning trail signs for local bird sanctuary, "Warbler Woods", and our last class will be a field trip to Warbler Woods where we will mark and clear trails and learn "Leave-No-Trace" principles.
