About the event
Come learn how to pressure can with us! We will be making a seasonal product (contact for exact product offered in class) and learning to pressure can it so that it is shelf stable and can be enjoyed year-round. We recommend (but don't require) taking Canning 101 prior to this course if you are new to canning.
- The knowledge to pressure can to preserve low-acid foods.
- A recipe for what we make in class and recipe ideas for how to use it.
- An 8 oz canned good made in class.
