10AM - 1PM
Join us for an exciting opportunity to learn to make sourdough bread from start(er) to finish! We'll be crafting not one, but TWO amazing types of sourdough bread from scratch: Sourdough Sandwich Bread and Artisan Sourdough Bread. Sourdough is a fantastic fermented bread packed with gut-healthy probiotics, making it both incredibly good for you and absolutely delicious! By the end of this class, you'll walk away with:
- Our century-old sourdough starter, "Green Valley Simple Leavening"
- The recipe for our "Simply Sourdough” artisan and sandwich bread.
- A loaf of Sourdough Sandwich Bread to bake at home
