About the event

Come learn how to water bath and pressure can with us! We will be making our homemade tomato basil sauce and learning to water bath can it so that it is shelf stable and can be enjoyed year-round. We will also go over pressure canning and can some delicious green beans so you can learn to preserve your harvest! You will leave class with:

- Two canned goods made in class

- the knowledge of how to water bath and pressure can and the difference between the two

- The ability to use what you learned in class to create hundreds of shelf-stable staples from leftover produce.
