About the event
Come join us in learning to make two types of sourdough pasta from scratch with locally sourced ingredients... sometimes as local as our backyard! We will be making linguini, and herbed cheese ravioli. Sourdough pasta is fermented and filled with gut-healthy probiotics, so it is wonderful for you and oh so delicious! After learning the how to make this delicious pasta, we will cook up a batch with some of our homemade sauce for everyone to enjoy. Come join us and let us ruin store bought pasta for you for good ;)

- Our century-old sourdough starter and instructions on how to feed it.Â
- Our recipe for all pasta made in class.Â
- A belly full of pasta and a smile on your face :)
We will also be teaching Introduction to Canning: Tomato Sauce and Green Beans on the same day. To join and spend all day with us click here!

For an additional cost, we will be creating and enjoying a dinner from 5-6PM using all the ingredients created in classes throughout the day.Â
Dinner will include:
-Spaghetti and Meatballs made with locally sourced ground beef, basil grown in our own garden, homemade tomato sauce, sourdough breadcrumbs, and sourdough pasta.
-Garlic Green Beans
-Artisan Sourdough Bread
