About the event

So you started sourdough (or want to... if so we reccomend joining our ALL DAY SOURDOUGH EVENT by purchasing tickets here) and you have WAAAAY too much starter... but it just feels so wrong to throw it out! No worries, we've got you covered! Come learn some simple no-rise recipes to use up all that starter and leave with:

- Our century-old locally derived sourdough starter, "Green Valley Simple Leavening".

- Recipes for everything we make in class

- A belly full of gut-healthy goodness and a smile on your face 🙂
