Get ready to dive into the exciting world of pasta-making with us! We’re thrilled to teach you how to create two incredible types of sourdough pasta from scratch using locally sourced ingredients—sometimes as local as our own backyard! We will be crafting delicious sourdough fettuccini and ravioli. Our sourdough pasta is not only packed with gut-friendly prebiotics, but it’s also absolutely scrumptious! Once you’ve mastered the art of making this mouthwatering pasta, indulge in a full pasta bar accompanied by a delightful soup or salad option provided by 1908, along with homemade sourdough from our morning class. Throughout the session, enjoy two wine tastings courtesy of 1908, and a third tasting paired with dinner, featuring both white and red options.
