Come join Chef turned Farmer, TJ Coffee, as he teaches us how to deconstruct a whole chicken into it's various parts (breasts, thighs, and wings) and use them to create and enjoy a delicious farm-to-table meal of Chicken Marsala served over Scratch-Made Sourdough Pasta.

About the event
We know that most of us are on a budget and pasture raised chicken is more expensive than what you can buy at the grocery store, which is why we would like to teach you how to make a few simple changes to the way you purchase and use chicken that will help bridge the cost gap. This is why we are also offering our "Bird is the Word" class in which Farmer TJ will teach you to deconstruct a whole chicken (break it into breasts, thighs, wings, etc) and make some delicious dishes out of the different cuts. We will be cooking and enjoying a farm-to-table dinner of Chicken Marsala with Scratch-made Sourdough Pasta. We will also teach a quick and easy whole bird food-prep hack to make chicken for your weekly meals and turn the bones into broth with minimal prep time. This class includes:
- ALL OF THE MEAT from the chicken that you deconstruct in class
- A chef-guided, self-prepared farm-to-table dinner
