About the event
Give your gut a treat and join us for our all-day fermentation event! This class includes all three Saturday classes taught at our studio and a starter for each ferment created. Bring a lunch and a hunger for knowledge! The schedule for the day is as follows:
10:00AM: Sourdough 101
1:00 PM: Lunch on your own
1:30 PM: Yogurt Making 101
4:00 PM: Kombucha 101
