About the event
BYOB... breast milk that is! Turn your freezer stash of liquid gold into a gentle luxurious soap for you little one! Breast milk soap leaves skin feeling soft and moisturized... not to mention it can be made with "expired" frozen breast milk making it the perfect way to use up your freezer stash. This class is an introduction to cold-process soap making so it can be taken even if you have no prior soaping experience. You will leave class with:
- An entire block (10 LARGE BARS) of soap made with your own breast milk with the option to make and purchase more. (Each block requires 13oz of breast milk)
- A 10-bar reusable silicone mold for future soap making adventures.
- A basic understanding of how to make cold-processed soap
Please note that the soap will need to cure. You will be able to unmold and slice your soap after 24 hours and use it after 4 weeks.
